Common questions regarding the app
Application
Watch the video to see how to install your digital membership card.
Step 1
Tap on the link contained within the SMS/email you received.

Step 2
Your current member information will be displayed on the screen. You can also create a new user.


Step 3
You will now be redirected to Google Play or the App Store depending on what device you have. Download the app.

Step 4
When you open the app for the first time, simply enter your mobile number and tap “Complete registration” to log in.

The most likely reason you didn’t receive an SMS or email is that your club or organisation has an incorrect email or mobile number for you. Please contact them to either get a member code or update your information. Then follow the steps below.
Step 1
Download the Cardskipper app from Google Play or the App Store.

Step 2
Start the app and then tap “Login”.

Step 3
Tap “Add membership”.

Step 4
In the “Member Code” field, enter the member code you received from your club/organisation. Provide the date of birth of the person whose membership card you want to add/create an account for.

Step 5
Complete the details of your Cardskipper account. What you enter here will be your login details.

If you have memberships in more than one organisation using Cardskipper, you can store all your membership cards under the same account. Follow the steps below.
Step 1
When you are logged into the app, press the plus sign. Depending on your device, the plus sign may appear in different places (for iPhone, in the top right corner).

Step 2
In the “Member Code” field enter the code you received from your organisation. Provide the date of birth of the person whose membership card you want to add.

Your membership code can be found in the introductory email that was sent to the email address supplied to us by your club or organisation. The email may have landed in another folder or been incorrectly filtered as spam. If you’ve checked these and still can’t find the email, contact your organisation and verify what email address they have for you.

General
By swiping left or right you can switch between the different types of communications. Tapping on a communications displays it in full-screen.
In order to run the Cardskipper app you will need the following:
iOS
- iOS 7.0 or later
- Internet access
- An App store account. Please refer to https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204034 for more information.
Android
- Android 5.0 or later
- Internet access
- A Google Play account. Please refer to https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2521798?hl=en for more information.
Settings
Tap the setting icon in the top right corner.

Add membership
If you want to add your child’s membership card to Cardskipper, open the app and click on the plus icon, then enter your child’s membership code supplied in the introductory email. If you don’t have this, contact your organisation.


Password
Step 1
Tap on the Forgot password.

Step 2
Enter your email address and select Next. An email will be sent to you with an email reset link.

Step 3
Follow the link in the email and enter a new password.
