Kimstad Sport Fishing Club – Smoother memberships and payments with Cardskipper
Digital member management for an active association
Kimstad Sport Fishing Club is a non-profit association with both annual members and visiting anglers. With a busy seasonal programme and a clear need for effective communication, the club sought a digital system to simplify membership administration, payments and event management.

The challenge
Previously, memberships and payments were handled manually, with letters sent by post and payments reconciled through bank and giro accounts. This involved considerable administrative effort — particularly for the treasurer — and made it difficult to gain a clear overview of payments, membership status and participation in activities.

The solution
Using the Cardskipper app and member register, Kimstad Sport Fishing Club has digitised its entire membership operation. The association now offers multiple membership categories — annual, family and guest memberships — with automatic renewal ahead of each new season.
The communication feature is used to share updates on fishing regulations, annual meetings, special offers, committee vacancies and reminders about membership renewal.
The result
