OGAE (Organisation Générale des Amateurs de l’Eurovision) is an international umbrella organisation for Eurovision fans worldwide. During high-intensity periods such as the Eurovision Song Contest, clear and timely communication is essential.
To digitise its membership cards and streamline communication with members, OGAE uses the Cardskipper platform.
The challenge
With a large and highly engaged membership base spread across multiple countries, OGAE needed a straightforward way to share up-to-date information about tickets, events and Eurovision-related activities.
