I haven’t received my membership code

Your membership code can be found in the introductory email that was sent to the email address supplied to us by your club or organisation. The email may have landed in another folder or been incorrectly filtered as spam. If you’ve checked these and still can’t find the email, contact your club administrator and verify what email address they have for you.
